Clynt.ai captures hearing data directly from the EOIR Case Access System, tracks scheduling changes, and syncs to your calendar — all without your data ever leaving your device.
No account required. No data collected. 100% local storage.
Every feature designed around the daily workflow of immigration practitioners.
Open the EOIR Case Access portal and your hearings are captured instantly. No copy-pasting, no data entry. The extension reads what's already on your screen.
Date moved? Judge reassigned? Clynt.ai detects changes across 11 tracked fields and logs every update with before/after history.
Push hearings to Google Calendar or Outlook with one click. Events auto-update when hearing details change. Download .ics files for any calendar app.
Internet hearings show a "Join WebEx" link right in the countdown banner. Access codes are one click to copy. No more digging through emails.
Connects to your Gmail to find EOIR notice emails, downloads PDF attachments, and automatically detects cancellation notices.
CSV, JSON, ICS, or a ZIP bundle. Filter by date range, choose columns, and download. Your data, your format.
Upload a CSV or JSON from your own system. AI-powered column mapping figures out your format automatically — no manual field matching.
Add notes and checklists to any hearing. Track your preparation progress with visual indicators. Markdown supported.
Clynt.ai stores everything locally in your browser. There is no server, no account, no analytics, and no telemetry. We built it this way because immigration case data is sensitive — and because it's the right thing to do.
No. Clynt.ai is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the U.S. Department of Justice, or any government agency.
No. The extension never accesses, collects, or stores your EOIR/ECAS login credentials, session tokens, or authentication cookies. You log into EOIR directly through your browser as usual.
When you're logged into the EOIR Case Access portal, the extension reads the hearing information already displayed in your browser. It does not make independent requests to EOIR systems or bypass any authentication.
No. All hearing data is stored locally on your device in your browser. The only time data leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, or send an email — and that goes directly to those services, not through us.
When importing a CSV, limited non-sensitive data (column headers and redacted sample values) may be sent to our server to assist with field mapping. No personally identifiable information — including names, A-numbers, or addresses — is transmitted. You're shown exactly what will be sent and must consent before it happens.
Yes. Use the "Clear All Data" option in the extension to delete everything instantly. Uninstalling the extension also removes all stored data.
Core features are free: hearing capture, dashboard, export, notes, and checklists. Premium features like calendar sync, Gmail notice parsing, and AI-powered import will be available through a subscription in the future.
